Shopping at the Lunar Store is easy – just follow the steps below:

  1. Find the items you want to order. You can either put them in your shopping cart or buy them directly from the product page.
  2. When you’re ready to complete your order, go to checkout.
  3. Enter your phone number to pay. You have to be a Lunar user to shop in Lunar Store. If you’re not already a Lunar user, you can easily become one. All you have to do is download the Lunar app and sign up for free.
  4. When you’ve entered your phone number, you simply have to open the Lunar app and confirm your order. In the app, you can choose your delivery address. I appen kan du også vælge leveringsadresse.
  5. Your order is now confirmed. You’ll receive an email with the order confirmation.

You have to be at least 15 years old to shop in Lunar Store.

When shopping in Lunar Store, agreements are entered in Danish/Swedish. All the prices are including VAT and if nothing else is mentioned other fees are given in DKK/SEK. The prices are current. This means the given price at the time of ordering is the valid price. The order price won’t be changed in case the price is either falling or increasing.

In Lunar Store, the purchase amount is paid directly from your Lunar account. The amount will be reserved on your account but the money won’t be drawn until the item is shipped from our store. The amount that’ll be withdrawn won’t be bigger than the amount you’ve confirmed.

Lunar Store won’t save your payment details. Any requests regarding your payment details have to be addressed to Lunar Bank on phone number +45 70 60 54 54 +45 70 60 54 54.


We offer the following delivery types:
Postnord – Mypack Home

We deliver the majority of our orders within 1-3 business days. However, in some cases, the delivery time may be longer due to busy periods. We deliver to both Denmark and Sweden. Any information on packets is provided by PostNord.


When shopping in Lunar Store, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. This means your deadline expires 14 days after you:

  • Have received your order
  • Receive the last item in your order. This applies to when you’ve made an order containing more than one item that’ll be delivered one at a time.


It’s free to return any orders at Lunar Store and a PostNord return label will be included in every order. You can return or exchange the items you’ve purchased in Lunar Store within 14 days of receiving them.

If you’ll like to return any item in your order, use your return label to send the items back to us. Your return order should reach us no later than 30 days after you’ve received it. When returning your order, you’re responsible for the items being returned probably and in flawless condition. As the sender, you carry any responsibility of your return order is received by Lunar Store. Please return the items in the packet you received them in. Any damage that’s a result of insufficient packing might lead to the decay of your rights.

Lunar recommends that you return your items via Postnord or any other reputable courier. Furthermore, we recommend sending back the packet as a parcel post. This way, it’ll be traceable and you’ll have a receipt. If your return meets the requirements for the right of cancellation, the full purchased price will be returned to the payment card used to purchase the order. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any return goods of COD. This also applies to any returns sent without postage.

If you would like to return an item, all you have to do is attach your delivery note and note down if the item is defective in any way. Send your packet to:

The condition of the item(s) when returning it

You’re only held liable for any depreciation of the items caused by handling, that’s not necessary to determine the state, capacity, and functionalities of the item. In other words, you can try the item the same way you’d have tried in a physical store. If the items are tried on more than described above we consider them used. If this is the case you’ll get a partial or no refund depending on the value of the item. Lunar Store will estimate the value of the item. Therefore, if you want the full refund of your purchased item you have to take care of the items the same way as you’d do it in a physical store. In other words, you’re allowed to try the item on but you can’t use it. Items that are considered used won’t be returned or exchanged.


When shopping on Lunar Store, you have a 24-month warranty. This means you have the right to get the item repaired, exchanged, get a price reduction, or a refund within this duration of time. Of course, it depends on the actual situation. The complaint has to be completely legitimate and any defects can’t be a result of incorrect use or treatment of the item.

What is my deadline for complaints?

You need to complain within a fair amount of time after detecting the defects. If you complain within two months after the claim will always be on time. If the complaint is legitimate, we’ll send you a return note. You can also use the one you received with your items. Please contact our customer service if you’ve lost your return note.

When returning the items, please inform us what the problem is as detailed as possible. Please keep in mind that we do not accept any return goods of COD or similar.
