About Lunar

Do I have to switch bank to get Lunar?
No, you don’t have to switch from your current bank to use Denmark’s best banking app. You can choose Lunar as your primary bank or use it as your secondary, if you don’t wish to shift from your current one. You also have the opportunity to connect your current bank account to Lunar when you create an account. Try Lunar – it’s 100% free and non-binding.
How can Lunar be free?
It’s completely free to sign up for Lunar and create an account, a Visa card and use our banking app. You don’t pay for transfers or receiving transactions nor do you pay fees to pay your bills. If you want more, you can upgrade to Premium in the app, and you can buy shares in our investment universe. When you travel abroad, it costs DKK 9 to withdraw money and 1% on top to use your card.
How do I get Lunar?
Download the Lunar app in the App Store or Google Play and sign up directly in the app. It only takes a few minutes and you need a passport or driver license and a valid Nem-ID to register.

Is delivery always free?
Yes! We’ll deliver your packet with Postnord for free.
When will I receive my order?
We’re sending your packet with Postnord and when it’s sent you’ll have it within 2-5 days. You’ll receive a mail with a tracking number so you can follow your order on its way to you.
Where do you deliver to?
You can buy merch from the Lunar Store if you live in Denmark or Sweden.


Can I change or cancel my order?
You can’t cancel or change your order. If you regret your order, you need to return it. It’s entirely free. Just use the return label you’ve received in your packet.
Do I need to have Lunar to purchase something in your webshop?
If you want to purchase the cool Lunar merch you need to have Lunar. Luckily, it’s super easy for you to get it. All you need to do is to download the best banking app in Denmark and sign up for free. It’s entirely non-bidding and you can easily try Lunar without leaving your old bank.
How do I make a purchase in Lunar Store?
With Lunar Store, clicking home cool merch has never been easier. Find the Lunar merch you’d like to buy. Choose color and size if needed. Press “Buy” and the merch is put in your shopping basket. Continue to checkout. Here, all you need to do is to enter your phon
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
If you have a discontcode, all you need to do is enter it in the checkout. And voila! It’ll be deducted from the purchasing amount in Lunar Store.

The item or size I wanted is sold out. Will it come back in stock?
We’ll regularly get new items and sizes back in stock - and maybe it’ll apply for what you need. Therefore, you should keep an eye on our website.

Return and changes

How do I return an item?
If your Lunar merch wasn’t what you expected it’s fast and easy to return it to us. It’s totally free. You should simply use the return label you received with your order. Fill it out and bring your return packet to the nearest Postnord service point.
I’ve lost my return label. Can I get a new one?
If you’ve lost your return label you can easily get a new one. All you have to do is write a mail with your order number and name and we’ll send you a return label.
Something in my order is broken or missing. What do I do?
The size wasn’t right. Can I change it to a different size?
If the Lunar clothes didn’t fit you the way you wanted them to, you can easily return them. All you have to do is use the return label you received with your order. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges - but you can easily make a new purchase in a different size.
When will I get my money back?
When we’ve reviewed your packet with the item(s) you want to return, you’ll have your money back in 5 days.
