The size wasn’t right. Can I change it to a different size?
If the Lunar clothes didn’t fit you the way you wanted them to, you can easily return them. All you have to do is use the return label you received with your order. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges – but you can easily make a new purchase in a different size.
How do I return an item?
If your Lunar merch wasn’t what you expected it’s fast and easy to return it to us. It’s totally free. You should simply use the return label you received with your order. Fill it out and bring your return packet to the nearest Postnord service point.
When will I get my money back?
When we’ve reviewed your packet with the item(s) you want to return, you’ll have your money back in 5 days.
I’ve lost my return label. Can I get a new one?
If you’ve lost your return label you can easily get a new one. All you have to do is write a mail with your order number and name and we’ll send you a return label.
Something in my order is broken or missing. What do I do?
